The Paris American Academy has been educating students and professionals from thirty-five nations in fashion, interior design, creative writing, and the arts for more than sixty years. Located less than one kilometer from Notre-Dame cathedral in the famous Latin quarter, the Academy draws upon Paris’ cultural and artistic heritage, stretching its campus across the city’s streets, museums, trade shows, and fashion houses. The PAA offers semester programs and summer workshops where professors, experienced working in major fashion houses, teach fashion design and fashion merchandising with a uniquely French perspective. During the multi-faceted experience of study at the PAA, students build a portfolio of a unique body of work that positions them for future career and academic advancement.
