In March 2017, students on an exchange program from Philadelphia University were given the opportunity to participate in a rare cultural activity: preparing mousse au chocolat under the instruction of Chef Aymen of Il Pomodoro, and his assistant Jessica.  Students learned about the art of mousse au chocolat and learned some French, before embarking on a collective effort to prepare their own mousse. They finished off the session with enjoying their creations and drinking some bubbles with the chef and his assistant!
